Sunday, December 2, 2012. Food Finds - Persimmons and Cranberries. So it is coming down to Christmas vacation and as a result lots of deadlines and projects are due - I am busy but loving each project. Then I bought fresh cranberries. So I threw the cranberries in the freezer to prolong their sour life until I knew what to do them.
